Founding Processor rate
First 30 processors: $69/month for life.
WildDrop is new. The first 30 shops to come on are the ones telling us what’s wrong with it and what’s missing, and that is worth more to us than the price difference. So those 30 keep $69 a month for as long as they stay — the rate doesn’t go up later.
It applies after your free trial ends, and it’s offered to processors we meet at the AAMP convention and to early direct responses. If you’re reading this and the seats aren’t gone, ask.
What’s included
All of it. There is no upgrade.
One tier means no comparison table, no feature you find out you don’t have in the middle of November, and no upsell email. You buy the thing the way you buy a grinder — one price, you get the grinder.

- ✓A listing in the public WildDrop processor directory

The math
$99 is less than one deer.
Processors charge $110 to $150 a head. One extra hunter a week who found your page and booked instead of calling around is $440 to $600 a month. The subscription is covered by the first one.
The bigger number is the one you already know. If you turned away 30 to 100 hunters last season, that was $3,750 to $12,500 sitting in your parking lot. A waitlist that catches one in ten of them pays for four months to a year of this.
What you spend now, roughly
- Accounting software
- $30/mo
- Basic website
- $15–20/mo
- WildDrop
- $99/mo
We know $99 is at the top of what a small shop pays for any one tool. That’s why the trial runs 30 days with no card — you decide after you’ve used it, not before.

What else costs, and what it does
Prices below are what each tool lists publicly. Where a company doesn’t publish a price, we’ve said so rather than guess.
| Tool | Price | How it’s billed |
|---|---|---|
| WildDrop | $99/mo or $899/yr | Flat subscription. No hardware, no per-animal fee. |
| Phone and paper | $0 | Free, but costs you the turned-away deer and the phone time. |
| My Game Processor | Per animal | Bill goes up the busier you get. App download required. |
| Protein Platform | $100/mo + hardware | Built for USDA-inspected plants. Scales and printers to install. |
| FinerButcher | Not published | No public pricing listed. |
| Field to Freezer | $0 | Free directory listing. Doesn’t handle scheduling or order tracking. |

Pricing questions
Straight answers
- Is there a per-animal fee?
- No. $99 a month is the whole bill, at 50 deer or 500. Your big season should make you money, not cost you more in software.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not to start the 30-day trial. You put a card in when you decide to keep it.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, on the monthly plan, with no fee. Annual is billed for the year.
- Are there setup or hardware costs?
- None. No scales, no printers, no installation, no technician visit. You need a phone or a computer and an internet connection.
- Are the text messages extra?
- No — and to be straight with you, they aren't switched on yet. Text messaging is waiting on the carrier registration every business sending texts has to clear. Until it does, your hunters get the same updates by email. When texts go live they're part of the subscription, at no extra charge and with nothing for you to do.
- What if I only run deer season and sit idle the rest of the year?
- Then the annual plan at $899 is almost certainly the cheaper answer — and you keep your booking link, your hunter list, and your directory listing instead of rebuilding them every August.
Try it through a real season before you pay for it.
Full access for 30 days, no credit card. Set it up in August, run it through the opener, and decide with your own numbers in front of you.
